The AI Creator Class is a digital educational product consisting of video lessons, templates, prompts, frameworks, and community access. Upon purchase, you receive immediate digital access. No physical goods are shipped.
Instant delivery. Because this is a digital product, the service is provided immediately and in full at the point of sale. Access is granted instantly upon successful payment, and the content is available to you right away. Since the service is delivered instantly and the information cannot be unlearned or returned once accessed, no refunds can be applied under any circumstances except as explicitly outlined in the Refund Policy below.
Access is granted for personal use and is non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or redistribute any content from the product.
This is a one-time payment product. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees. You pay once and receive lifetime access to the product content.
No refunds for digital products. Due to the digital nature of this product, access is granted instantly upon purchase. Because the service is provided immediately and in full at the point of sale, it cannot be returned, reversed, or refunded. Once you access the content, the information cannot be unlearned, and the product cannot be taken back. Therefore, no refunds are available under any circumstances except as explicitly outlined below.
No refunds for change of mind. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, decide you no longer want the product, decide you do not like it, or claim you did not mean to purchase. These reasons are not acceptable grounds for a refund on a digital product with instant access.
The product is as advertised. All features, modules, and content are clearly described on the sales page before purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description and are purchasing exactly what is advertised.
Results-based refund consideration. We stand behind our product. The only circumstance under which a refund may be considered is if you genuinely apply the strategies and methods taught in the AI Content System and do not achieve any results. To qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase and provide verifiable evidence that you implemented the strategies, including screenshots of your work, content created, and steps taken. Refund requests based on personal preference, change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to consume the content, or any reason other than genuine implementation without results will not be granted.
Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback with your payment processor without first contacting us to resolve the matter will result in permanent loss of access and a ban from future purchases.
All approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
This product is educational. We do not guarantee any specific financial results, income, followers, views, or sales. Individual results depend on your effort, skill, market conditions, and implementation.
Any testimonials or case studies shown represent individual results and are not a guarantee of your future performance.
All content within the AI Content System remains the exclusive property of AIPRO Academy. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning and business.
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share any part of the product with others.
The product may reference third-party tools and platforms (e.g., AI tools, social media platforms). We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or functionality. You are responsible for complying with their terms of service.
The product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AIPRO Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid.
