1. Products and Services

AIPRO Academy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides digital educational products, online courses, training materials, templates, workflows, guides, resources, software tools, and community access (collectively, "Products") designed for educational and informational purposes only.

All Products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately after successful payment. You will receive login credentials and access instructions via email to the address provided during purchase.

Products include but are not limited to: the AI Influencer Blueprint, course modules, prompt libraries, funnel templates, and community forum access. The specific Products purchased are detailed on your order confirmation and invoice.

2. No Income Guarantees

IMPORTANT: Our Products provide educational information, strategies, training, templates, and tools only. We make no representations or warranties regarding your ability to earn income or achieve any specific financial results.

We do not guarantee any specific financial results, income, business success, social media views, followers, customers, conversions, or revenue.

Individual results depend on many factors including, but not limited to:

• Your level of effort and implementation
• Your prior knowledge and experience
• Your technical proficiency with AI tools and platforms
• Market conditions and industry trends
• Your business environment and target audience
• External economic factors beyond our control

Any testimonials, case studies, or examples shown (including before/after screenshots, income claims, or performance metrics) represent individual results from specific users and should not be interpreted as guarantees or promises of your future performance.

You acknowledge that past performance does not guarantee future results. You are responsible for evaluating whether our Products are suitable for your needs and goals.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Window: Customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Refund Requests: All refund requests are reviewed in accordance with our refund policy and may be granted or denied at our sole discretion. To request a refund, contact support@aipro-academy.com with your order ID and reason for the refund.

Refund Denial: We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

• Request made after 7 days from purchase date
• Significant consumption of course content, video materials, or downloadable assets
• Excessive use of templates, resources, or community features prior to refund request
• Previous refund requests or pattern of refund abuse
• Chargeback or dispute filed with payment processor
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation
• Violation of these Terms of Service

Chargeback Policy: Customers who file chargebacks with their payment processor without attempting to resolve the matter with our support team will forfeit all access to Products and may be permanently banned from future purchases.

All refunds, if granted, will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, training materials, workflows, templates, videos, documents, graphics, code, software, resources, and any other intellectual property contained within our Products ("Content") remain the exclusive property of AIPRO Academy or our licensed content providers.

Limited License: Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Products for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Restrictions: You may NOT:

• Copy, duplicate, or clone any Content
• Redistribute, resell, or share Products or Content with others
• Publish or display Content on any website or platform
• Create derivative works based on our Products
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use Products for commercial purposes without written permission
• Grant access to other individuals or organizations

Unauthorized use or distribution of our Products or Content may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

5. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

Community access is provided as a benefit of membership to facilitate learning and collaboration among members.

You agree to use the Community in a respectful and lawful manner. We reserve the right to remove members or suspend access for:

• Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior toward other members
• Spam, promotional content, or self-serving marketing
• Distribution of offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Sharing or leaking proprietary Content outside the Community
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by our sole discretion

Removal from the Community does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if:

• You share your account with others
• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You fail to comply with community guidelines

7. Limitation of Liability

AS-IS BASIS: All Products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of Content
• Warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free access

LIABILITY CAP: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIPRO Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our Products or services
• Loss of income, profits, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or content
• Technical issues, downtime, or access interruptions
• Your implementation or misuse of our training materials
• Actions or content of third parties

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.

8. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount of your order.

You agree that:

• You have the right to use the payment method provided
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will pay all charges incurred by your account

Prices are subject to change without notice, though existing orders will not be affected.

9. Disclaimer of Third-Party Tools

Our Products may reference or provide guidance on using third-party tools, platforms, and services (such as AI tools, social media platforms, and software). We are not responsible for:

• The availability, functionality, or performance of third-party tools
• Changes to third-party policies or pricing
• Your account suspension or termination on third-party platforms
• Compliance issues with third-party platforms' terms of service

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all terms of service for any third-party tools you use.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
