Refund requests based on personal preference, change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to consume the content, or any reason other than genuine implementation without results will not be granted.
Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback with your payment processor without first contacting us to resolve the matter will result in permanent loss of access and a ban from future purchases.
All approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
